The weekly docket for Kettering Municipal Court includes traffic and criminal arraignments every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday at 9:00 a.m.   Other Court proceedings are scheduled throughout the week and include felony arraignments and preliminary hearings, misdemeanor hearings, pre-trial conferences, changes of plea, bench trials, and jury trials. 

The Court’s civil docket is held on Tuesdays, with morning trials and pre-trial conferences. Evictions and general appearance hearings are held at 2:00 p.m. Small claims cases are scheduled for 2:30 p.m.
