Sign Up for the Program

To sign up for the Traffic Safety Program, report to the Probation Department between the hours of 8:30 am and 4:15 pm, Monday through Friday. Do so on or before your scheduled Court date. The cost is $185 for a single violation; additional violations are $50 each.  Fees must be paid for at the time of enrollment.  There is an additional $24.95 fee for the online class.

Please be aware: failure to complete the online class by the deadline will result in a guilty plea being accepted by the Court and reported to the BMV. Points will then be assessed to your license. The fees previously paid will be applied to Court costs and fines. For questions about the program, please contact our Probation Department at 937-296-3275.
