The following announcement has been updated as of Monday, May 11, 2020 and is subject to change based on the latest governmental and Court directives:

The Kettering Municipal Court continues to remain opening and functioning as we deal with the impacts of the current COVID-19 virus.  A limited number of in-person arraignments, hearings and trials will be held as scheduled on the docket.  Remote hearings using phone and video conference technology will continue to be used as much as possible.  If you would like to make a payment on your case, you can do so over the phone at 937-296-2461 or at the Court's website .  The $3 fee is currently being waived.

All individuals coming to the Kettering Municipal Court building are required to wear face masks or a facial covering as well as maintaining a social distance of 6 feet from others to protect public health.

If you are sick, are caring for someone ill, have had a fever or been around someone with a fever the past 48 hours (without medication reducing it), please call the Court before you appear at 937-296-2461.
