The following Bond Schedule shall apply for cases within the Kettering Municipal Court’s jurisdiction. Actual court appearances are required in most cases where a person is arrested and bond is posted. The defendant will be given a court date in all cases. A judge of this Court or the Common Pleas Court must set a bond amount for ALL felony complaints filed in the Kettering Municipal Court. NOTE: a judge may change the bond amount listed below at any time.
