Directions to the Court location
The Kettering Municipal Court is located at 2325 Wilmington Pike in the Kettering Business Park, just south of the intersection of Forrer Boulevard and Wilmington Pike, and north of Dorothy Lane. Directions from the North using I-75 South
Take I-75 South to the Springboro Pike Exit 50B. At the bottom of the ramp, turn left onto Springboro Pike and then left onto Dorothy Lane. Continue on Dorothy Lane until you reach Wilmington Pike. Turn left on Wilmington Pike and go through two traffic lights. At the third traffic light, stay to the left as the road forks (Smithville Road is straight). After this light, turn immediately left into the first access road into the Kettering Municipal Court at 2325 Wilmington Pike. Turn left at the stop sign and go around to the front of the building. Parking is available directly in front of the Court’s main entrance to the building.
Directions from the South using I-75 North
Take I-75 North to the Moraine/Kettering Exit. Go through the five-way intersection and turn right onto Stroop Road. Continue on Stroop Road until you reach Wilmington Pike. Turn left on Wilmington Pike. After crossing Dorothy Lane, you will go through two traffic lights and then at the third traffic light stay to the left as the road forks (Smithville Road is straight). After this light, turn immediately left into the first access road into the Kettering Municipal Court at 2325 Wilmington Pike. Turn left at the stop sign and go around to the front of the building. Parking is available directly in front of the Court’s main entrance to the building.
Directions from the South using I-675 North
Take I-675 North to Exit 10—Indian Ripple Road/Dorothy Lane. Turn left at the top of the exit ramp onto Dorothy Lane. Turn right onto Wilmington Pike. Go through two traffic lights and at the third traffic light stay to the left as the road forks (Smithville Road is straight). After this light, turn immediately left into the first access road into the Kettering Municipal Court at 2325 Wilmington Pike. Turn left at the stop sign and go around to the front of the building. Parking is available directly in front of the Court’s main entrance to the building.
Directions from the North or East using I-675 South

Directions from the Southeast using St. Rt. 73 West
Follow St. Rt. 73 west until you reach St. Rt. 48 and turn right. Follow St. Rt. 48 until you reach Dorothy Lane and turn right. Continue on Dorothy Lane until you reach Wilmington Pike. Turn left on Wilmington Pike and go through two traffic lights. At the third traffic light, stay to the left as the road forks (Smithville Road is straight). After this light, turn immediately left into the first access road into the Kettering Municipal Court at 2325 Wilmington Pike. Turn left at the stop sign and go around to the front of the building. Parking is available directly in front of the Court’s main entrance to the building.
Directions from Southwest using St. Rt. 73 East
Follow St. Rt. 73 east until you reach St. Rt. 48 and turn left. Follow St. Rt. 48 until you reach Dorothy Lane and turn right. Continue on Dorothy Lane until you reach Wilmington Pike. Turn left on Wilmington Pike and go through two traffic lights. At the third traffic light, stay to the left as the road forks (Smithville Road is straight). After this light, turn immediately left into the first access road into the Kettering Municipal Court at 2325 Wilmington Pike. Turn left at the stop sign and go around to the front of the building. Parking is available directly in front of the Court’s main entrance to the building.
Directions From Downtown Dayton
From Downtown Dayton, go south on Main Street, which will become Far Hills Avenue. Turn left onto Patterson Road. Turn right onto Wilmington Pike. Go through two lights. Just past Forrer Boulevard, turn right into the main access road of Kettering Municipal Court. Turn left at the stop sign and go around to the front of the building. Parking is available directly in front of the Court’s main entrance to the building.
OR:
Take 3rd street east and turn right onto Wayne Avenue. Continue on Wayne Avenue and turn right onto Wilmington Pike. Just past the Forrer Boulevard traffic light, turn right into the main access road for Kettering Municipal Court. Turn left at the stop sign and go around to the front of the building. Parking is available directly in front of the Court’s main entrance to the building.
Directions From Route 35—East or West
Take Route 35 east or west until you reach the Smithville Road exit. At the top of the exit ramp, travel south on Smithville through several traffic lights. Turn right onto Forrer Boulevard. Turn left onto Wilmington Pike and turn right into the main access road of Kettering Municipal Court. Turn left at the stop sign and go around to the front of the building. Parking is available directly in front of the Court’s main entrance to the building.
