Paying a new ticket or making a payment on an existing payment plan
Note: If you have a new ticket and are interested in the Traffic Safety Program to avoid points on your record, please DO NOT PAY your ticket. Contact the Probation department at 937-296-3275 to find out if you qualify.
You can pay your ticket in full online using a credit or debit card (Visa or Mastercard only) if your traffic or criminal citation does not require a court appearance.
You can also make a payment if you have already gone to Court on an existing case and have a payment agreement for a balance still due. You will need to stay current on your payment agreement to use the online payment service.
If you are not sure whether your ticket can be paid without a court appearance, follow the steps on the next screen. You will receive a message if your ticket cannot be paid online. Also, to avoid further costs or penalties, please be sure to pay on or before your Court and/or due date.
Please note: If you cannot pay your agreed upon amount on your due date you must make an appearance in the court on your due date at 9:00 am to speak with a court representative. You cannot receive an extension on your payment arrangement over the phone.
Important: If you have an outstanding warrant for your arrest, you will NOT be able to use our Online Payment service. Please call the Clerk’s Office at 937-296-2461 for additional information.
