Paying a new ticket or making a payment on an existing payment agreement
You can pay your ticket online using a credit or debit card (Visa or Mastercard only) if your traffic or criminal citation does not require a court appearance and you are paying in full.
You can also make a payment on costs and fines if you have already gone to Court on an existing case and have a Payment Agreement for a balance still due. You will need to stay current on your Payment Agreement to use the online payment service.
If you are not sure whether your ticket can be paid without a court appearance, follow the steps on the next screen. You will receive a message if your ticket cannot be paid online. Also, to avoid further costs and penalties such as a warrant and/or blocks on your driver’s license or vehicle registration, please be sure to pay on or before your Court date.
Please note: If you cannot pay your agreed upon amount on your due date you must make an appearance in the court on your due date at 9:00 am to speak with a court representative. You CANNOT receive an extension on your payment arrangement over the phone.
Important: If you have an outstanding warrant for your arrest, you will NOT be able to use our Online Payment service. Please call the Clerk’s Office at 937-296-2461 for additional warrant and payment information.
